Practice Areas:

  • Personal Injury| Wrongful Death | Workers' Compensation: If you have been injured in a car accident, by medical malpractice, or while working, you may be entitled to full and fair compensation for your injuries. We do whatever is required to recover the maximum compensation our clients need and deserve for their injuries.
  • Divorce| Family Law: At Evans & Beier, LLP, our experienced family law attorneys strive to protect the best interests of our divorce clients while remaining sensitive to the interests of all parties, especially where issues of child custody and child support are involved. In addition to divorce concerns, our firm also handles paternity, stepparent and grandparent adoptions, and prenuptial agreements.
  • Business Law: We provide a wide variety of services to our business clients involving transactions and operations of a small company. We help clients select the type of organizational entity under which to operate, prepare buy-sell agreements and other contracts, assist with obtaining financing for business operations and handle employee relations and dissolution. We also handle business litigation, including all types of contract disputes, as well as employee issues such as non-compete agreements and trade secrets.
  • Criminal Defense: We have extensive experience defending the rights of people arrested and accused of criminal offenses - attorney Douglas Beier is a former juvenile court judge. We handle all types of criminal cases, including minor infractions and misdemeanors such as DUI/DWI, as well as felonies such as drug possession, narcotics sales, theft and grand larceny, and white collar crimes.
  • Probate Administration: Probate is the legal process by which a person's debts are paid and assets are distributed upon her or his death. The executor of the estate has substantial legal obligations and duties. We can make sure they comply with their obligations.
