John M Dudziak attended the University of Buffalo, followed by Thomas M. Cooley law school. He is admitted to practice law in New York as well as at the U.S. District Court, Western District of New York
Attorney Dudziak was recently appointed Town Attorney and Prosecutor for the Town of Cheektowaga. From 1997-2000, he was an assistant district attorney in Erie County. He is a former prosecutor in the Village of Depew. He also previously served as town attorney and prosecutor to the Town of Lancaster where he handles all aspects of Municipal Law and the Prosecution of Violation level offenses.
John Dudziak is also a member of the Erie County Bar Association and NYS Bar Association, Erie County Assigned Counsel Program, NYS Defenders Association, NYS Trial Lawyers Association and the Erie County Prosecutor Association. Attorney John M. Dudziak also previously served as Adjunct Criminal Justice Professor at Erie County Community College and Bryant and Stratton College where he helped to positively mold the minds of young students.
