Nate Legue is an award-winning journalist who left a successful career in newspapers to pursue law. He brings the same tenacity, smarts and thirst for truth he developed as an investigative reporter to advocate for his clients every day.
After graduating from the University of Iowa College of Law, he worked as a law clerk for the Seventh Judicial District of Iowa. There, he helped the state court judges research the law and draft rulings and gained a command of the legal issues that affect every case. Before starting his own law firm, he worked for one of the toughest litigators in the Quad Cities and learned from her how to fight the day-to-day battles in family law, criminal and personal injury litigation. His past experiences in both law and his prior career give Nate the insight to navigate the system and achieve the best outcomes for all his clients.
