Seth W. Arkow was born and raised in Canton, Ohio. He graduated from Glenoak High School in 1990 and was active in the school’s instrumental music and debate programs.
Seth continued his education at Ohio Northern University, where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Arts with an emphasis in Public Relations and Pre-Law and a minor in Business Management. He also maintained a role in the University’s music and debating programs.
Seth also became a member of Theta Chi fraternity where, later, he would become Alumni President.
He graduated from Ohio Northern in 1994 and then enrolled in the University’s College of Law, where he tailored his studies around Domestic Relations, Litigation and Criminal Law, interning for several years at the Hancock County Public Defenders office..
He graduated from law school in 1997 and moved back to Canton, where he worked for Attorney Samuel J. Ferruccio. While working for Mr. Ferruccio, Seth honed his skills as a litigator and as a negotiator.
